Crispy Roasted Potatoes

Rosemary roasted potatoes are the perfect side dish for any occasion!

A personal preference of mine is using red potatoes for roasting. Some tips to make sure that your potatoes cook evenly and are consistently crispy is to coat them evenly with oil, also make sure to flip your potatoes halfway through.

Want to add an extra layer of flavor? Infuse your oil beforehand with garlic and other herbs, for example; thyme, rosemary, bay leaf, or even tarragon.
