Spicy Sopa de Lima

This soup is amazing during the fall and winter. Soup with lime originated in Central America and is a much better chicken soup!

The broth of the soup stewed overnight with chicken bones, habanero peppers, lime juice, and other ingredients bring a depth of flavor that keeps you going back for more. This dish is filled with shredded chicken, vegetables, and garnished to perfection with sliced avocado, diced jalapeno, scallion, fresh tortilla strips, lime and cilantro.
